A: Fortnox Premium, Visma.NET and Kleer Premium support this functionality. All three apps are available for Swedish accounts.
Periodization sync is set up in each app's settings. The period start and end dates are taken from date custom fields that you select, so create those fields first.
- Fortnox Premium: check Aktivera synk av periodisering, then select your order fields under Fält för startdatum and Fält för slutdatum.
- Visma.NET: check Show advanced settings and Enable sync of periodization on invoices, then select your order fields under Field for period start date and Field for period end date.
- Kleer Premium: under Inställningar för periodiseringar (valbart), select the start and end date fields on the order, on the order row, or both.
An order is synced with a period only when both its start date and end date fields have a value.
