Users can now CC or forward emails to email@example.com. The email will be scanned by Upsales CRM and automatically added to the contact with the matching email.
The feature allows you to gather important email correspondence in Upsales CRM. You will therefore eliminate the risk of losing crucial information about the client when for example a Sales Rep. leaves the company.
Emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org must come from registered users in Upsales CRM. Email addresses with no valid user in Upsales CRM will be disregarded and no information will be sent back to the sender.
