1.Select the report you want to set according to your criteria. Depending on which report you choose, you can set different criteria.
2. Click on the disk icon in order to save the report.
3. Choose a name for the report. Note that if you have Enterprise Edition you also get the option to choose whether the report should be visible to all users. If you don't Enterprise Edition the report is only visible to its own users.
4. Click save.
