USER-DEFINED FIELDS IN THE SEARH RESULTS

 

When searching account card information in Upsales, the search results consist of a list devided in to columns.

It is possible to get another column with a user-defined field in the result, that you can sort on. Follow the steps below.

 

1. Click on "search"

 

 

2. Click on the filter "include custom fields in the search results" and select wich field your want to include. Then click search

 

 

3. In the search result you will see a column where the information of the field you selected will be displayed.
