To access this dashboard, you either need the Customer Support or Insights product.
- Click Analytics → Upsales Insights:
- Click Dashboards, search and click Support Overview:
- View a summary of your tickets that need action, are being handled and have been closed:
- A report of the amount of tickets broken down on an individual level, per Support user:
