Multi select to merge tickets
Merge tickets can be access through the multi select in the ticket list.

You can merge multiple tickets
- Select a main ticket
- Select the tickets to be merged
Merge tickets between different companies
If you merge tickets between different companies, you'll receive an information box before completing the merge.
Be careful when merging tickets from different contacts or companies, as this can result in sharing sensitive data.
After merged tickets
- Conversations from the merged tickets will be added to the main ticket.
- If tickets from different contacts are merged, their email addresses are added as CCs to the main ticket.
