Your Upsales account always has at least one user with the Administrator role. By default this is whoever creates the Upsales account. Admins have more access rights than regular users. They have the right to view, edit, deactivate data in Upsales.
What Upsales Admins can do
- Invite, edit & deactivate users
- Set user and role permissions
- Create and edit activity and appointment types
- Create and edit opportunity and order stages
- Install and remove apps and add-ons
- Manage security settings such as SMS-authentication, IP-blocking, API-keys, and the removal log
- Set business rules such as triggers & automations
- Import data to Upsales
- Edit currencies
- Create and edit custom objects and custom fields
- Manage document templates
- Edit the Sales board stages
- Set targets
- Manage marketing settings like website visits, the company profile, email settings, and opt-in & terms
- Manage reports in Upsales Insights
- Order more licences/users from Upsales
