Add a clear sales target for your sales team by adding sales goals. The result can then be followed up on the sales board or in reports. The overall budget is set per user per month.
Where do I configure sales goals?
Sales goals can be found in the settings under CRM and then Goals & Goals. You have to be an administrator to view and change sales goals.
Adding a goal
Simply click on a users month column and add a goal for that month.
Adding the same goal for future months
You can apply each users goal for all future months by clicking on the month you want to keep and then clicking on the arrow icon.
Each user can have different currencies which will affect the overall budget.
You can filter the list by searching for a specific user or a specific year. You can also toggle previous years budgets and goal.
