Use activity and appointment goals to follow-up your team's performance. Activity goals are set per user per month and can be followed up on in the Report Center.
Where do I configure goals?
Activity goals can be found in the settings under CRM and then Goals & Quotas. You need to be an administrator to view and add activity goals.
Setting a goal
Set a goal by first selecting an activity type and then set the goal per user. Click on the users month column and set a goal for that month.
If you want to clear all future goals for a single user, select the user and the month you want to keep and click the arrow icon.
