Scoring the recipients actions in emails
To be able to measure the actions of your recipients marketing score is applied. Do decide how much their actions should be scored.
All email campaigns sent from Upsales has to contain a unsubscribe link. If the recipient clicks this link inside of the email they have the option of unsubscribing from future email campaigns. This is something negative as they don't want to receive your emails anymore, and the scoring for this should then also be a negative value. By default, the value for unsubscribes is minus 5 points.
