The form doesn't update on my website
1. Clear browser cache
All web browsers cache information about the website, if your form isn't updating properly after you've changed it in Upsales, browser caching might be the issue.
To clear the cache of your browser use Cmd+Shift+R (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
2. If using code to style yourself
If you've copied your form from using the "Code for custom styling" tab, the content won't update with the changes you make in Upsales anymore. You'll still get the submit when the form is filled out, but the form won't update itself with things like new fields, or new field name.
The solution is either using the Link address-option, Embed on website or to simply copy the form from the Code for custom styling-tab again and paste it on your website.
I'm not getting the information entered in a form in my notification email
The most likely reason for this is that someone added a field after the creation of the notification email event, then it won't get the right ID/Tag for that field to be able to send the information.
Delete the existing notification email and add it once again to get your notification email up-to-date.
