How is the ad budget spent?
The advertising campaigns try to spread out the spending of your campaign budget evenly between all ads on all days.
What does ABM stand for?
Account Based Marketing.
Account Based Marketing availability
- The availability is updated approximately once every hour.
- If your advertising campaign is set as Draft and the selected end date is passed the availability for companies does not update. If you'd like to update the availability, more the end date forward.
How does advertising credits work?
Credits are used to pay for the showing of ads to your contacts. They are bought from Upsales directly.
Advertising campaign statuses
If the ad campaign has failed when launched the Error status is shown. Please contact Upsales for more information.
Active & Paused
Ongoing advertising campaigns use this status. Most settings are now disabled in this mode. But, you can still edit some target group settings in ABM, what Ad packages and Retargeting. A paused campaign does not display any ad's for your contacts.
When your advertising campaign has passed its end date, the budget has been spent and all the numbers have been crunched by Upsales this status is applied.
Use this to hide old advertising campaigns from your list of campaigns.

Why don't the estimated impressions change when I change the start and end date of my campaign?
The estimated impressions are set by the budget and package selection. If you shorten the time period, the system will buy placements more aggressively towards your set budget. If you lengthen the time period it will buy fewer placements per day.
