The marketing board gives you a quick overview of where your prospects are, both in the sales- and marketing process. Questions answered might be:
- What companies are accumulating the most marketing score right now?
- How many of those companies have been assigned?
- How many of these companies do we have an active opportunity on?
- Which of our customers is accumulating the most marketing score right now?
The companies shown on the marketing board are companies that have accumulated marketing score over the time period you selected. A company can only be in one column on the marketing board at the same time.
The Marketing board is divided into a few smart columns, each showing you companies in a specific stage of your sales and marketing process. Here's how the column works:
Companies shown in this column has simply acquired marketing score from website visits and email campaigns during the time period you've selected. These companies are at the very beginning of your sales process. Companies are automatically shown here.
The thing moving a company from the Suspect-stage to Prospect is that they've filled out one of your forms. Companies are automatically moved from Suspects to Prospect when they fill out a form.
For a company to be moved to this stage a manual Assign-action is needed. This means that someone's assigned a user to companies in this stage eg. there's an open activity on every company in this stage. The company also needs to have accumulated marketing score during the time period you've selected.
The company has an open opportunity with a probability of 1-99% and has generated marketing score during the time period selected.
This column lets you glance what customers that's interacting with your marketing channels right now. Companies shown in this column has a won order during the last 12 months and has generated marketing score during the time period you've selected.
