When using an Upsales integrated softphone solution, Upsales saves information about every call that is made. This means that it is possible to analyze your phone data and use that information to streamline your sales process to a greater extent.
For each call, the following information is saved:
- Duration of the call
- Date of the call
- The sales rep who made the call
- Contact that received the call
- The client of the contact above
This information can be used alone, to see for example how many calls a sales rep made, or how much time he/she spent on the phone a particular week, month or quarter. However, it is when this data is combined with other data that it gets really interesting.
A few examples:
Everything below can be viewed per sales rep, per role or for your whole company. You can also apply a date filter to everything below, to see how statistics change over time.
You could see a conversion rate for “Number of made calls (Or hours spent on the phone) -> Number of booked meetings”. This could be done per sales rep or per role;
You could also make an analysis of what industries you call the most, and how much you sell to that industry. This is an easy way to see what industries are the most profitable, and direct a bigger effort towards those industries in order to reach great sales figures with less time spent;
