With the Box.com app, you can access relevant company documents stored in your Box.com account right from the company card.
Please note: In order to use the Box.com app, each user must activate the Box.com app in their own profile settings.

Note: Other users who view the Company card can only view the attached Box.com documents if they also have access to that Box.com folder.
Administrators: Activating the Box.com app for All Users
The Administrator of the company account activates the Box.com app before users can activate their personal access to use this app.
To activate the Box.com app, complete the following steps:
- Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of your Upsales screen.
- Click App directory.
- From the Apps list, click Box.com icon.
- On the Box.com screen, click Activate.
- Click Accept Terms.
The Box.com app has been activated and published to the team. Each user will need to activate the app in their own profiles and connect their own Box.com account.
Users: Activating Your Individual Box.com App
Once your administrator has activated the app for your company, you can activate the app in your user account.
To activate your Box.com app in Upsales, complete the following steps:
- Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of your Upsales screen.
- Click App directory.
- In the navigation bar to the left, under My Profile, click box.com.
- On the Box.com screen, click Activate.
- Click Accept Terms.
Connecting the Box.com app
Once activated, users need to connect their Box.com account to Upsales.
- To connect your Box.com account, click Click to connect button on the Box.com app screen.
- On the next screen, sign in to your Box.com account and grant access.
- Once you've connected your account, you'll see the "Connected" message on the Box.com app screen.
Connecting a Box.com folder to a Company
Once you have activated and connected your Box.com account, you can connect a Box.com folder to any Company in Upsales.
Note: For best practice, store each company's files in a separate folder.
- To connect Box.com folder to a Company, open the Documents tab of the Company Card.
- Click on the Box.com icon
- Locate Box.com folder you want to connect to the company.
- Now any files uploaded to this folder, from Box.com, can be accessed in Documents on the Company Card.
- You can click on the file to open it directly.
Note: Other Upsales users at your company who can access this company card can only see the associated documents if they also have access to the Box.com folder you have connected for the selected company.
Disconnecting a Box.com Folder
If you need to change which folder is attached to a Company card, you can disconnect it and re-connect a different one.
- To disconnect a folder, click Disconnect in the Documents tab of the Company card.
