When creating or editing a contact, you'll get a suggestion to add or update the email address based on the email addresses of other contacts in the company.

Auto-suggest when creating a new contact
When creating a new contact, after adding first name and surname the email address will be suggested if there are other contacts in the current company with existing email addresses.
- Click insert to add the email address.
The domain name is based on existing contacts' email addresses in the current company.
Matching duplicate email address
When trying to add an email address that already exists on another contact, you'll be notified about this.
- Click on the pencil to continue editing the existing contact instead.
Auto-suggest when updating a current contact
If the email address appears to be wrong, based on the other contacts' email addresses in the current company, you'll get a suggestion to update the email.
- Click on Insert to update the email address
