Upsales allows you to add multiple currencies to your company's instance so that you can do business in multiple countries, and track budgets and opportunities in the correct currency. Currencies are used in business opportunities and orders. If you have added multiple currencies, your users can select their own currency.

Adding Currencies
To add currencies, complete these steps:
- Click Settings → Account → Currencies:
- If necessary, click the Activate multi-currency support toggle on:
- Click the Add currency button:
- Locate and select the desired currency:
- Enter the Currency rate:
- Note: The Currency rate is based on the MASTER CURRENCY. So, you need to do an Internet search to convert the MASTER CURRENCY the new currency.
- Example:
- MASTER CURRENCY = Euro (EUR)
- New currency = United States Dollar (USD)
- Do a Google search for EUR to USD exchange rate for the most current information. Where you are looking for 1 EUR equals how many USD.
- Note: The Currency rate is based on the MASTER CURRENCY. So, you need to do an Internet search to convert the MASTER CURRENCY the new currency.
- Click the Save button:
Assigning currency to a role
You can assign a currency to a role so that all users within that role have the same currency.
- Go to Account → Users & roles:
- Click on the grey bar for the desired role:
- Select the currency:
- Click Save role:
