How to set contacts as inactive

Deactivation is useful when a contact quits the company and you don't know where they moved to.

An alternative is to move the contact to another company.

How to set contacts as inactive

  1. Click Sales & CRM → Companies & contacts and the Contacts tab:

  2. Click the contact to open the Contact Card
  3. Click the edit icon:

  4. Click the Active toggle:

    toggle.jpg

  5. When the contact is inactive you can't book appointments or plan activities on the contact.

How to reactivate contacts

  1. Open the contact card
  2. Click the toggle to reactivate:
