How to flag activities as high priority

To separate more important activities from others, you can flag them as a high priority.

This article covers how to flag high priority activities when:

  • Creating activities
  • Editing activities
  • Flagging multiple activities

Flag as high priority when creating activities

  1. Create an activity
  2. Click the Priority toggle:

Flag as high priority when editing activities

  1. Open the activity list and click the Priority flag:

  2. The red flag indicates high priority and the task appears at the top of your task list:

Flagging multiple activities

  1. Select the activities and a pop-up appears. Click Edit selected:

  2. Click the Prioritised tab and click Save activities:

  3. The red flag next to the activities means they're now flagged as high priority:

How to view high priority activities

An active red flag flag.png in the Activities list means high priority. Click to view only high priority activities:
