The Contact card makes it easy to work with company and contact information and add connected information like activities and opportunities.
You can open the Contact card by selecting a contact name from the contacts list.
The Contact card includes a comprehensive look at the selected contact and the associated company, with several different views of information, including the following:
- The sidebar
- Open activities
- History timeline
- Contacts*
- Activities*
- Opportunities*
- Sales*
- Marketing*
- Documents*
- Relations*
Items marked with an asterisk (*) do not show if there is no related information for the selected company.
The icons in the upper right corner of the contact card allow you to:
- Add a new contact
- Edit the current contact
- Email the current contact (if you have Upsales email activated)
- Delete the current contact
