Notifications provide short, timely and relevant information about what is happening in your Upsales account. The notifications live in the upper right-hand corner of Upsales under your username and are accessible there at any time. Just click your username and the latest notifications are displayed.
The number of unread notifications is displayed by your profile picture.
Only the latest 50 notifications are shown
Types of notifications
There are many different types of notifications. In general, they are generated by different events. For example when a co-workes closes a deal or when someone makes a form conversion.
In most cases, you will not receive a notification of something you have done. For example you will not reviece a assign notification when you assigned someone a lead.
Here is a list of different type of notifications:
When a contact or a lead fills out a form notification is sent out. It will not be sent out if the marketing score is below 1 or the customer is not within Upsales.
Website visit notifications will not be sent out if the marketing score is equal to none (0p) or the customer is not within Upsales.
Only account managers of the customer will get the notification
When app integrations create callbacks, notifications can be sent. Read more about app callbacks here.
Custom marketing events
Custom marketing event notifications will not be sent out if the marketing score is equal to none (0p) or the customer doesn't exist within Upsales. Custom marketing events are in most cases triggered by an app integration. Read more about custom marketing events in apps here.
The assign notification is sent out to you if a co-worker assigned you to a company. You will also get a notification email.
The order notification will not be sent out if the probability is below 100% or the order value is below 1. You will only get notifications on orders you have access to based on role settings.
Subscription notifications will not be delivered to you if the yearly value is below or equal to zero or you are not the account manager.
Export notifications are only sent out to the user that created the export.
Import notifications are only sent out to the user that created the import.
The e-sign notification is only sent out to you if you are the sender or are a signatory.
