Upsales Daily Digest is an extension for Upsales that sends out an email every morning reminding you about your agenda for the day. The email you receive summarizes your planned activities and scheduled appointments. |
To use the extension it first needs to be activated by an administrator.
Activating the app
- If you are an administrator in your Upsales account simply click the cogs in the top right corner
- Select "Apps".
- Click on "Daily Digest"
- Click activate.
Now all users can activate the app individually if they want to.
Customizing the app
To set up the app you first have to ask an administrator to activate the application to make it available for you. When that's done, click the cogs in the top right corner of Upsales and select "Settings". You should now see the "Daily Digest" app in the sidebar to the left just below "My profile". Click it.
Now simply hit activate and read and accept the terms. You can now choose what the email will contain, activities and/or appointments. Click save when you're done.
Note: You will only get an email if there is something is planned that day.
