Install Fortnox integration
Go to Apps in Upsales and install the Fortnox App. You will need to collect an Access token from Fortnox to be able to install the app. The access token is retrieved from Fortnox by clicking on your company name in the top right and then click on "Administrera användare". Then click on "Lägg till integration" and search for j0nET3kc6W14. Do not search for Upsales as it will not work. Please note, if you are an existing Upsales customer you need to contact Upsales support before you activate the APP, else you will have duplicate products and customers inside Upsales. Initial sync
The first time the integration is activated all data needs to be synced between Upsales och Fortnox. It's the customer-, product and order/invoice data that will be imported automatically to Upsales.
Delete
We don't sync delete action in the integration except delete customer in Fortnox. If someone is deleting a customer in Fortnox we will remove the customer number in Upsales (but not delete the company). If you want to delete something you need to do it manually in both systems. We made this decision because is a big risk that something goes terribly wrong if the sync is deleting stuff automatically.
Companies
Companies will be synced from Fortnox to Upsales in both directions. When you create a company in Upsales it will not be synced automatically to Fortnox. The first time we sync is when the company has a sale (100% probability) registered. When a company has a Fortnox customer number (synced to Fortnox) information added/changed in either system will be synced to the other system. If you create a company in Fortnox it will be synced to Upsales.
Products
Products will only be synced from Fortnox article register to Upsales. You can only choose one price list
Invoice
Users (can't be different settings in the same account) will be able to choose to sync sales in Upsales to orders or invoice module in Fortnox. Do you choose Invoice module, the integration will create an invoice in Fortnox when an opportunity change to an order stage (100% probability). All invoices created in Fortnox will be synced with Upsales as well.
Order
Users (can't be different settings in the same account) will be able to choose to sync sales in Upsales to orders or invoice module in Fortnox. All orders created in Fortnox will be synced with Upsales as well.
