The tabs in the top part of the contact card we call "Smart tabs". They vary depending on the information inside. The tabs will indicate if you have over-due activities, show the sum of your yearly revenue and the number of marketing score for the current contact. Clicking these one's takes you to a detailed view of that entity.
The activity tab
Firstly it shows the number of delayed activities. If there are none, it shows the number of planned/open activities. Lastly, if there are no delayed or open/planned activities it shows how long ago the last activity was.
The opportunity tab
Shows the value of open opportunities - if the date of the earliest opportunity has passed, then the value shows in red
If there are no open opportunities, it shows the date of last closed opportunity.
The order tab
Shows the value of all orders last year, and if the contact has subscriptions it also shows a little subscription icon.
If there are no orders from last year, it shows how long ago it was since last order.
The marketing tab
Shows different marketing icons if they have completed the following activityies in the last 90 days;
- Opened an email
- Completed a form submit
- Visited your website
- Did a custom marketing event.
It also shows the overall marketing score for the contact during the last 90 days.
The relation tab
Shows the number of connections between the contact and a company/several companies.
The document tab
If there is an e-sign on the contact that isn’t yet signed, the text "Waiting for signing" is shown. Otherwise, you will see the number of files connected to the contact.
UDOs or "User-defined objects"
One tab per UDO. Show number of UDOs connected to the contact together with its name.
