Keep track of who showed up at your event and who didn't with the Upsales Events Check-in. This is a great feature for keeping track, triggering resources like sending emails and creating automated actions based on the contacts statuses after the event has finished.
Checking in contacts
Either check in contacts directly in the contact list of your event or use the link to the external check-in page.
The link for the check-in page is shown inside the event page in Upsales, but only after launching the event. The external page gives you more focus on checking in contacts and it's also accessible without an Upsales log in.
Accessing the check-in page without an Upsales account
Got staff that doesn't have access to Upsales? No problem, the external check-in page can be accessed by staff outside of your Upsales account. Each event has it's own check-in page accessible by a unique link and a four digit code which can be found inside the event page in Upsales.

The contact has been added to your invitation list, but hasn't been invited yet (the event is probably not launched yet).
The contact has been invited by receiving your resources like emails etc but hasn't accepted your invitation yet.
The contact has filled out your sign-up form and is planning to attend your event.
The contact did attend your event and you checked them in via Upsales. For the attending status to be applied you need to manually set it for each contact.
The contact rejected your invite, meaning they will not show up. This status has to be set manually inside of your event.
