The Report Center Pipeline report shows the size of your pipeline. You can see the total value for your team and the distribution for each user to determine if you are heavy in either side of the process or if any part of your pipeline needs attention to keep you balanced.
The top left of the report shows a total pipeline value, the weighted value -or the opportunity value multiplied by the probability of closing the deal -and the number of opportunities in the pipeline. Only the opportunities that have a fore casted closing date specified in the selected period are included in this report. The bar chart shows the total pipeline by user, company or stage and the table shows the pipeline for each user.
To work with the Pipeline report screen, complete the following steps.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- Select the Pipeline icon from the left-hand menu.
- Using the arrow to the left of the bar chart, you can select Pipeline per company or Pipeline per stage to show either specific pipeline information or the value of the pipeline at each stage in your process. You can also access any saved views.
- Groupings change how the bar chart shows the pipeline information. Select one of the following pipeline groupings:
- For some groupings, you can select one of the bars in the bar chart to open a table of additional information below.
- Uto further refine the report information.
- On the table, you can drill down to more detail by selecting a specific user to see the details that make up that user's pipeline. The detail shows the weighted value of the pipeline, the deal's average value and the distribution for the different stages in the account.
Once you have made your selections for how you want to view the report, you can save that view to access it later. Select the arrow to the left of the bar chart and enter a name for the view in Save view as.
