You can add landing pages, forms and automated emails to support your event.

This article relates to creating landing pages for events only. You can also create landing pages for your marketing campaigns.
How to add landing pages
- After you've created your event, click the Planning tab:
- Click Add:
- Click landing page:
- This generates a template based on your company profile
- Click on an element to open the editor. You can edit cells and rows, add text, insert an Easy booking link, include tags:
- There's also a countdown element, which you can click and configure:
- Click the Settings icon to set up custom domains, toggle to add/remove a page header, or insert custom scripts:
- When you're happy with everything, either click to Preview or Save and return to event
How to add a form
- After you've created your event, click the Planning tab:
- Click Add:
- Click form:
- This generates a template
- Click on an element to open the editor:
- Click the field tab to edit fields (hover over a field to include a placeholder or set as required, when a red dot appears)
- Click the design tab to edit design (including theme, button, background and custom styling)
- Click Next step:
- Set the form name:
- Define what's shown after the form is completed, or toggle to redirect to another URL:
- Define which actions happen inside Upsales. These include assigning a marketing score, registering the contact, or clicking Add more actions for more options:
- Add any custom scripts:
- Click Save
How to add automated emails
- After you've created your event, click the Planning tab:
- Click Add:
- Click the type of automated email you want to send:
- This opens up a template that's populated with event information and from your company profile
- You can configure the sender, add a subject line (including personalisation tags), pre-header text, attachments, and make the template private (available to you only):
- Click an element to make changes. Different options show depending on the type of element you click. For example, click a text element and you can edit text by cell, row, add an Easy booking link, or insert tag:
- Click an image and you can change the dimension, make it clickable, and add padding:
- Click an empty element and add text, image, button, or line:
- Click Save and exit and move on to Launch
