The Report Center Activities report shows how many activities each user closed during the selected period.
To work with the Activities report screen, complete the following steps.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- Select the Activities icon from the left-hand menu.

- Using the arrow to the left of the bar chart, you can select Activities per user or one of your saved views to show either total activities or the number of a specific type of activity.
- Groupings change how the bar chart shows the activities information. Select one of the following activities groupings:
- User
- Week
- Month
- Quarter
- For some groupings, you can select one of the bars in the bar chart to open a table of additional information below.
- Use filters to further refine the report information. A sales manager can filter sellers to see the balance and number of each team member's activities or for the whole team.
- On the table, you can drill down to more detail by selecting a specific user to see the details that make up that user's activities.
Once you have made your selections for how you want to view the report, you can save that view to access it later. Select the arrow to the left of the bar chart and enter a name for the view in Save view as.
