The Report Center Appointments report shows how many appointments each user booked and how many appointments each user completed during the selected period.
To work with the Appointments report screen, complete the following steps.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- On the Report center tab, select the Appointment tab.
The left side of the chart shows the total number of booked appointments vs. your quota and the total number of completed appointments vs. your quota. Completed appointments are those that have been marked with "It did happen" on the
appointment outcome notification or that have the appointment outcome status of "Completed" marked
manually on the appointment.
- The Appointments per user report shows by default, but you can select one of your saved views.
- Groupings change how the bar chart shows the appointments information. Select one of the following activities groupings:
- Select one of the groups below the chart to see additional details for that group.

- Use filters to further refine the report information. A sales manager can filter users to see the balance and number of each team member's appointments or for the whole team.
Below the chart, the table shows additional details.
- De-select any selected groupings from the top part of the chart.
- Select Booked to view detailed for appointments that have been booked.
- Select Completed to view details for appointments that have been completed (as marked on the appointment outcome).
- Select the time period for which to show details: Week, Month or Quarter.
- Select the appointment to expand the row to show the details.

Once you have made your selections for how you want to view the report, you can save that view to access it later. Select the arrow to the left of the bar chart and enter a name for the view in Save view as.
