Get the most out of Activity outcome

Activate it!

First thing first - activate the feature in Settings -> CRM -> Activity & appointment types.
We strongly suggest you to use it for your Phone activities.

Prospect away!

Use our Marketing tool, use Find new prospects, work with The company list and so on. Tip is to also have a look at our videos & best practice.

Go to focus mode!

When you have a good activity list with companies to contact, that's when the fun begins with Activity outcome. Go to Activities, turn on the focus mode and let get this party started.

How did the call go?

With Activity outcome, you are able to quickly answer on the question "How did the call go?", instead of writing notes with "Didn't answer" etc.

Get motivated and stay up to date!

In Focus mode, you can view the progress for the current day. It contains:

  • How many outcomes you have done
    • The count contains how many times you have clicked "I didn't reach" or "I reached"
  • How many appointments you have booked
  • How many opportunities you have created
  • How many orders you have created

Stay informed!

With activity outcome, you can see almost everything that has happened on activity, by viewing the history.

You are able see below timeline events:

General I didn't reach I reached
User that created the activity   Appointment booked
Date stamps   Opportunity created
User assigned changed   Order created
Contact changed Email sent -II-
Postponed activity -II- -II-
Activity closed -II- -II-
