Credits are automatically added to your Upsales account every month. There are different types of credits used for buying company information, sending emails, ad impressions and two-factor-identification text messages.
Credit types:
New credits each month: 4 000 per user (Credits are shared amongst all users in account)
How to add credits: Contact Upsales Support
Used by: Email campaigns, One-to-one emails, Automatic flow emails
Buying company information (Bisnode, Vainu, etc)
New credits each month: 0
How to add credits:
- Make sure you are an administrator for your account
- Enter Settings inside Upsales
- Enter Account > Billing
- Scroll down to the Credits-section
- Click "Add Bisnode credits"
Used by: Adding companies to Upsales with business data (Bisnode, Vainu, etc), Find new prospects
Advertising
New credits each month: 0.
How to add credits: Contact Upsales Support
Used by: Upsales Advertising
Two-factor authentication login (2FA)
New credits each month: 100 per user
How to add credits: Contact Upsales Support
Used by: Secure Upsales log in by two-factor-authentication
Credits are shared amongst users in your account
For example; Your Upsales account has 10 users and every month each user receives 100 2FA login credits. The total disposable amount between your users is then 1 000 credits.
