Video 2.37: How to work effectively with leads
Go to the activity list and filter it by your preferred activity type. Click the focus icon on one of the activities and start calling.
Step 1. Go to the activity list and filter it
- Go to the sales section and click the activities tab
- Open the filters and select activity type. Choose the activity type which represents leads.
- Click the focus icon to start working.
Step 2. Work through the list with the focus view
- Create follow up activities when the contact person is unreachable
- Book appointments when you have good conversations
- Close or postpone activities when the prospect isn’t interested.
