There are two ways to assign leads to your sales team and sales reps.

This article covers how to:
Assign automatically via forms
- Click Marketing → Forms & landing pages → Forms:
- Click an existing form or create a new form
- Click Settings → Form actions:
- Click Add more actions:
- Click Assign:
- Complete the following 4 steps:
- Step 1: Click to assign the lead to a user or role, and toggle whether to assign as account manager
- Step 2: (this is done automatically) Company and lead are added to your account
- Step 3: Add any notes, such as where the lead is from, and whether to prioritise:
- Step 4: Click Assign user
- Click an action to edit, or click the Trash icon to delete:
Assign leads manually
- Click Marketing → Leads → Board:
- Click Assign next to the company:
- Click Assign user:
- Choose the user and toggle if you want to set them as account manager:
- Choose the contact name at the contact company for the user to contact:
- Add notes for the user, and whether to prioritise:
- Click Assign Upsales user and that's it!
How to share forms with partners
You can share a direct link to your form, or embed it on your website.
- Click Marketing → Forms & landing pages → Forms:
- Click the form to bring up the Form Dashboard. Click Publishing options.
- To share a direct link, click Copy on the untracked link:
- To embed the form on your website, scroll down to Embed on website and copy the code. You can change the pixel width and height of the form by adjusting the numbers:
How to create a custom view, to see which partner generates the most leads
- Click Marketing → Forms & landing pages → Forms and click Filter:
- Search for the form:
- Click Save list:
- You can now share the list with users and roles:
