The Leads report shows how well assigned leads have converted into customers. This article explains how to use the Leads Report.
To open the Leads report, complete the following steps:
- Select the Analytics tab.
- Select Upsales Insights.
- Select Leads Report from the Dashboards drop down list.
The Leads dashboard reports on a number of details about your assigned leads.
There are two filters on this dashboard by default. You can adjust the filter for the user to whom leads were assigned and the date range on which you want to report. Once you've adjusted the filters, select Run to update the report.
Refer to the following descriptions for more information about the reports in this dashboard.
- The Conversion Funnel report shows the following information for the selected user and time period. Note that companies are only counted once. So for example, if you have multiple appointments for the same company, the company is still only counted once.
- How many leads were assigned
- How many appointments booked on assigned companies
- How many opportunities were created on assigned companies
- How many orders were sold on assigned companies
- The Assigned Leads report shows how many leads have been assigned during the selected time period.
- The Unengaged Leads report shows how many assigned leads have no appointment, opportunity or closed deal for the selected time period.
- The % Hitrate to appointment/opportunities report shows how many unique companies for which we have booked an appointment or created a new opportunity during the selected time period.
- The % Hitrate to order report shows how many unique companies for which we have booked an order during the selected time period.
- The Average days assigned - > app report shows the average number of days between the date the company was assigned the the date an appointment was booked. This does not reflect the actual appointment date.
- The Average days lead - > opp report shows the average number of days between the date the company was assigned and the date an opportunity was created.
- The Ave days Lead - > ord report shows the average number of days between the date the company was assigned and the date an order was closed.
- The Ave opp value report shows the average opportunity value.
- The Ave Order Value report shows the average value of orders from assigned leads.
- The Number of orders report shows the total number of orders, regardless of whether the company was assigned as a lead or not, as a comparison for how many sales came from marketing vs. how many sales in total.
- The Average order value report shows the average value of orders, regardless of whether the company was assigned as a lead or not, as a comparison for the value of sales that came from marketing vs. the value of all sales.
