We are happy to finally release our first BETA version of our redesigned mobile app for iOS. We have been focused on stability and the functions that our customers have been using the most in the old version.
The current version is a BETA version and we hope to get feedback from you to make it even better before we launch it to all of our customers. This article includes a list of functions we have today.

Menu
Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner to access all other screens and functions.
From the menu, tap the plus-sign to open the Create something new screen, where you can create activities, appointments, opportunities, and orders.
Quick search
In the Search field, you can search and open detailed screens for the following:
- Companies
- Contacts
- Orders
- Opportunities
- Appointments
- Activities
Company card & contact card
The Company card provides an overview of detailed data for each company. The contact information makes it easy to call, send an SMS or view the company's webpage. We also display a map and the company's addresses, as well as their contacts, activities, orders, and opportunities.
On the Contact card, you have information about contact's company, links to easily contact them via phone and email, and their activities, orders, and opportunities.
The timeline shows all events connected to that company or contact. On the same screen, you can now access the Subscriptions tab, which will show all subscriptions for that specific company or contact. The Subscriptions screen shows detailed information about the order sum of the current and previous year, and the products and yearly value.
Appointment list & card
The appointment card shows when the selected appointment starts and ends, the location of the meeting, the contact, and all of the available notes. You can also close an appointment.
On the appointment list, you can filter on following:
- User
- Appointment type
- Date
Activity list & card
On the activity card, you can open, edit and save notes. You cannot edit anything else on the activity, but you can delete or cancel an activity.
On the activity list, you can filter on the following:
- Users
- Activity type
- Date
You can edit and remove information on all fields in activities (as well as appointments, orders and opportunities). The following example shows specific custom fields for a customer, illustrating that some custom fields can be locked in order to prevent changes. Also, some fields are required.
Follow-up appointments and activities
Another new feature that we have added is the ability to edit activities and appointments and to create follow-up appointments and activities.
Pipeline & Sales overview
Pipeline provides an overview of what opportunities you currently have in the pipeline at each stage.
The Sales overview shows closed deals and the sales rep. You can filter the view by year or quarter.
Opportunity & order card
From the opportunity card, you can easily call, send an SMS or email your contact. You can also open the company card, check the stage information, and check order information.
The order card shows the same information as the opportunity card, with a stage of 0% or 100%.
Leads
The leads view shows your leads, sorted by company and contacts.
Website visits
The website visits view shows which company or contact from a specific company has visited your websites.
Forms
The forms view shows information about contacts who have filled out a form.
Email campaign
The email campaign view shows emails that have been sent, as well as the number of emails delivered, opened and clicked.
Notifications
Currently, we only have notifications for sales, both in-app and on the lock screen. You'll see the user, amount and the company in the notification for the sale.
Profile page
Under your profile page, you can log out or find the contact information for support. You can also upload a profile picture.
2FA
If you enable it in the settings on the web application, you can use two-factor authentication.
