In some sales processes, there are more companies involved than just you and the buyer. A common example is a media agency of the customer. Here's how it works.
How to activate
- Select the add-on Sales Process
- Go to Settings → CRM → Fields → Orders & Opportunities
- Activate relation field:
- Tip! Rename the field to fit your use case, for example; "Media agency" or "Invoice company".
In the below screenshot we are seeing the opportunity list on the company Tieto Sweden AB (the customer) and Ernst & Young AB (related company).
The opportunity with a relation displays an icon, hovering it displays the related company.
The order is saved once in your account but will be displayed on both companies.
