In some sales processes, there are more companies involved than just you and the buyer. A common example is a media agency of the customer or that the invoices should be sent to another company than the one you are selling to. Here's how it works.
How to activate
- Purchase the add-on Sales Process
- In Upsales, go to Settings > CRM > Fields > Orders & Opportunities
- Activate relation field
- Tip! Rename the field to fit your use case, for example; "Media agency" or "Invoice company".
Viewing relations
In the below screenshot we are seeing the opportunity list on the company Tieto Sweden AB which is the customer and Ernst & Young AB is the related company. The opportunity with a relation displays an icon, hovering it displays the related company.
The order is saved once in your account but will be displayed on both companies.
