The Activities list provides an overview of information about your day-to-day activities.
Activities has been replaced by Tasks, giving you more control over phone calls, appointments and to-do's. Contact Upsales for your free upgrade.
- Company name - opens the company card to the timeline
- Contact - opens the contact card to the timeline
- Phone number - opens the phone number in your associated calling app
- Activity type - lists the type of activity to simplify sorting and filtering
- Description - shows the description entered for the activity
- Icons - allows you to open the activity in focus mode, postpone it, close it (and create follow-ups) or delete the activity
To find a specific activity in the list, start entering the Company name or the Contact name in the Quick Search field:
The row for each activity allows you to open, edit or delete the activity.
To customise your Activities list, you can:
- Sort the list
- Customise the columns shown for the list
- Filter the list
Once you have customised a list, you can save the list to return to it easily later.
Click the box to bulk-edit activities:
