How to import data from Pipedrive

You can login through Upsales or use an API key or token to complete the Pipedrive import.

This article covers:

Syncing data

  1. Select your service.
  2. Depending on the service where your data is located, choose one of the following:
    • Connect to your service with your API credentials.
    • Alternatively, login to your service directly. Simply enter your username and password for that service:

  1. Currencies are created in Upsales based on the currencies used in Pipedrive. Upsales uses the current day’s exchange rates (from Fixer.io) to calculate prices and create currencies in Upsales. Orders in Pipedrive can then be created in Upsales using the created currency and rate.
  2. On the next page, confirm the sync details and select Next. Companies, contacts and orders will be imported into Upsales.
  3. The sync begins, and you’ll receive a notification when the import process is completed.

 

Connecting to a service with API

To connect to another service for importing data, complete the following steps:

  1. Locate your Pipedrive API key.
  2. Enter your API key or token on the Upsales import page
  3. For some services, you may also need to enter a Company Domain. You can find this information in the URL of your account using that service. For example, if your URL for using Pipedrive CRM is mycompany.pipedrive.commycompany is your Company Domain
  4. Continue with the import process
