Once you've prepared and saved your form, there are different ways to publish it on a website.
To publish the form, complete the following steps:
- Open the saved form.
- Select Publish form.
To link to the form or use it in an email, select Link address and copy the form link. Paste it in your email or in other locations like social media.
You can embed the form on your website. This uses an <iframe> code, which is basically a window on your website to the actual form. To embed the form on your own website, select Embed on website. Set the form Width and Height in pixels (or leave the defaults) and select Copy to copy the code. Paste the code in your website HTML.
- If you are a more code-savvy user, you can create your own form styling. There are three restrictions for using this option: 1) you cannot use the reCAPTCHA validation; 2)the Thank-you page must point to an external website; and 3) users will not see company name suggestions when completing the form. To obtain the code for custom styling for your embedded form, select Code for custom and select Copy to copy the code. Paste the code in your website HTML.
