How to view granular (per step) performance of your marketing Flows.
- Click Marketing → Segments and then click the Flows tab:
- Click the dropdown to view:
- My flows
Opens flows you've created - All flows
Opens all flows already created
- Click the Flow you want to edit from the Flows list
- Click any step to view statistics, including contact behaviour (such as email opens and clicks), and how many contacts reached that step:
- My flows
Sometimes the total number of Contacts here right now and Contacts passed this step may be more than the total in a segment. That's because segments update dynamically, based on contacts entering or leaving the Sales process or funnel.
