My colleagues from another region can only see activities related to specific customers. How can they see everything?

The items that you can and cannot see are controlled by your role.

If your role permission denies you from seeing some information, you can contact your admin to see about changing your permissions.

Access is defined in the first column of the Set role access window, and can be set as either the same as the role it reports to, only own (cannot access other's companies, etc.), or by role (to access all companies created by anyone with the same role).
