Users can create new views of their lists and share them with other users and roles. As the administrator, you can manage those shared views.
To manage shared views, complete the following steps:

Select the Settings icon in the upper right corner of your Upsales screen.

Select Settings.

From the left-hand menu, select Shared views from the CRM section.
- The Shared views page shows the custom views created by your users and which other users or roles can also access those views. Select the edit icon to the right of a view to make access or owner changes.
- Check the box(es) for the users and/or roles who should have access to the selected view. Uncheck the box(es) for the users and/or roles to remove access to the selected view.
- You can select Make Owner next to a user's name to make that person the new owner of the view.
- Select Save.
