How to use Easy booking PRO
Easy booking lets you create a link for people to book appointments with you. With the Easy booking PRO add-on, you can scale this to all of your team. Here's how:
- Activate the Easy booking PRO add-on
- Click Settings → Marketing → Easy booking PRO:
- Click Create a new shared page:
- The process involves 6 steps. You can either click each tab, or scroll down to each:
- For Distribute, to automatically book meetings with the company's account manager, click the toggle:
- Now choose the users or roles who can accept appointments. Either type in the search bar, or click the dropdown:
Marketing appointments are automatically allocated to the Account Manager (AM). If the AM isn’t available, appointments are automatically distributed to the Marketing users.
- Tick the grey box to select/deselect the user or role:
- Users have to activate Easy booking to be selected:
- Enter the user/role's maximum daily appointments (default option is unlimited):
- Scroll down or click the Shared booking page tab.
- Add a title and description that will display on your booking page. You can include your logo, there's a rich text editor, plus you can insert an email signature:
- Now you can set the appointment duration. Default durations are 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. For more options, click Add other:
- Click the box to choose which days and times can be booked for the team:
- A pop-up appears. Adjust the time zone, choose daily availability, add intervals or breaks between appointments, and set single or recurring dates. You can also set that day to be unavailable:
- Click Apply changes
- You can now set how many days ahead people can book, and whether it's business days only. You can also set if there should be a gap between each appointment:

The appointment type depends on your calendar app settings in Upsales. Click Settings → My Profile → your calendar app (below's example is Google Calendar). Click the dropdown to choose the Easy booking appointment type:
- You can also set how much time between people scheduling an appointment, and the appointment's start time:
- Scroll down or click the Invitation tab. Here's where you can add extra information about the meeting to be sent on the calendar invitation. Include an agenda, Google Meet link, or location:
- Scroll down or click Booking form. Click the company toggle to have the form offer autocomplete suggestions for the company field. You can also toggle to make the phone number field required:
- The next tab is Follow up. The internal name field is for your reference and will show up in any reporting. Add campaign codes, or anything that helps your team organise and classify your bookings. You can also assign the follow-up to the user who received the appointment booking:
- Scroll down or click Embed. Here's where you'll find the appointment booking code. You can change the size, click Show preview to check its appearance, display a logo. You can also change the colours of the iframe to match your company website or branding. When you're ready, click Copy snippet and paste into your website where you want the page to appear:
- That's it! The Easy Booking PRO algorithm will automatically make sure all appointments are shared evenly between your team, based on the settings you've defined.
How to analyse results of your Easy booking links
Got your forms published? Want to see how many clicks and appointments each form is bringing in? Analyse performance of your Easy booking links in the Report centre.
- Open the Report centre
- Open the Appointments dashboard:
- Click a widget. Easy booking link appears as a filter option:
- Click the dropdown to choose the link to analyse
