Sometimes an email doesn’t get delivered to your recipient. If this happens, we’ll let you know and include one of the reasons below.
Reasons for email not delivered
Click Marketing → Email campaigns.
Under Status you'll see what's happening with your sent emails and if any have bounced:
Classified as spam
Your email has been marked as spam. This may be because of the recipient’s server, or because the recipient has classified it as spam. Ask the recipient to add your email address to their safe sender list and try again.
Email too large
Your email is too large for the recipient’s server. Try reducing the file size of your email attachments, or use a file upload service such as Dropbox to send your files.
Inbox full
The recipient's inbox is full. Contact them another way and ask them to free up some space. Then try sending again.
Invalid/inactive user
The mailbox name is either incorrect or doesn’t exist. We recommend removing the email address from your list.
Temporarily blocked
The recipient’s server has blocked your email. If this has happened to just one email, it may be a temporary technical problem. Try sending again later.
If this has happened to several emails, the recipient’s server may be blocking emails due to the content or your domain.
Unknown error
It’s not clear why this email can’t be delivered. Please check the email address is correct.
