Q: I'm getting an error message from Fortnox when trying to save an order, what do I do?

A: An admin can go to settings > Fortnox and check the status tab. If the Fortnox app is reporting any issues it is displayed there.

If the error message says to reauthenticate the connection, go to the settings tab and click delete. Log in again with your Fortnox account details. The connection should now display "Authenticated with oAuth" and the status tab should be green. If any issues persists, please contact our support team.
