The Public setting decides whether other Upsales accounts can find and install your app in the App Directory. Until you make the app public, only your own account can see it.
You find the setting under App Status in your app's settings. It appears once Upsales has approved your account for publishing apps in the App Directory. Read more about the requirements and the review process.
A public app is listed for other accounts only when:
- Active is switched on.
- Hide for new is switched off. With Hide for new on, the app is only listed for accounts that already have it enabled.
The App Directory filters on My region by default, so customers see apps whose Region includes their own. Select every region where your app should be listed.
