To separate more important activities from others, you can flag them as a high priority.
Tasks are a free upgrade to Activities. If you see Activities instead of Tasks, contact Upsales support for the upgrade. Until the upgrade is completed, Activities stays visible in the menu.

- Create an activity
- Click the Priority toggle:

Flagging multiple activities
- Select the activities and a pop-up appears. Click Edit selected, then Update activities:
- Under Priority, click Prioritised and click Save activities:
- The red flag next to the activities means they're now flagged as high priority:
How to view high priority activities
An active red flag in the Activities list means high priority. To view only high priority activities, click Prioritised at the top of the list:
