To separate more important activities from others, you can flag them as a high priority.

Flag high priority when creating/editing activity
- When creating or editing an activity, in the Activity window, click the Priority toggle to flag activity as a priority. Red toggle indicates high priority.
Flag high priority in activities list
- In the Activities list, flag an activity as high priority by clicking the flag.
- Red flag indicates high priority.
Flag activity as high priority when assigning lead
- In the Leads or Form submits lists, click the Assign button.
- In the window that opens, select user to be assigned the lead from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the contact name for the lead
- In 'Describe the lead', click on the Priority toggle to flag as high priority.
- Click Assign button
Flag high priority when quick-creating multiple activities
- In a list view (i.e. Companies, Contacts, Orders, or Opportunities or Website visitors), check the boxes next to the entities of which you want to quick-create activities.
- A blue slideout will appear at the bottom of the screen, click Quick-create activity
- Enter a description and click the Priority toggle to flag as high priority.
- Select a different user if you want to assign the activities to someone else.
- Click Create activities button

Journey
- When setting up MQL criteria, click Add Actions button.
- Click Create activity
- Enter description and click the Priority toggle to flag as high priority.
- Click Save action
Form submits
- When creating or editing a form, click Settings tab
- Click Form actions, in the Settings menu bar
- Click on an action in the list, or click Add more actions button
- Click Assign or Create new activity (depending on what action you want)
- Enter details and click the Priority toggle to flag as high priority.
- Click Save action (or Assign)
Triggers
- When setting up or editing a trigger, click Add Action
- Enter description and click the Priority toggle to flag as high priority.
- Click Save action
View high priority activities
An active red flag in the activities list indicates high priority. You can activate quick-filter or activate regular filters to only view high priority activities.
High priority quick-filter
- In the Activites list, click the High Priority button in the menu bar to show only high priority activities.
- You can quickly filter on today, tomorrow or next week by clicking the appropriate button.

- In the Activites list, click Show Filters
- In the filter sidebar, click Priority and then click Important button.
- Activate or deactivate other filter options for a more specific view.
- Don't forget to Save view, by clicking Save view in the list menu bar, when you've made your changes.

Flag activities as high priority
When creating activity
- Click menu bar, then click + button and create new activity.
- Enter the activity details and click Priority toggle to flag as high priority
- Click Save Activity
On the Activity card
- In the Activites list, click on an activity to show Activity Card.
- At the top of the card, click Set priority to flag as high priority.
- Click close
View high priority activities
- In the Activities list, switch between high priority activities and all activities by clicking the appropriate tab.
- To view high priority activities for today, tomorrow or next week, click on the appropriate button while viewing the Priority tab.
