This feature helps you organise and save your email-based conversations with contacts and companies. What's more, it works with every email service or client.
How to save your emails as Tasks
- Make sure your recipient is a contact in your Upsales account
- Make sure the contact's Send address matches what you have in Upsales.
- Add email@upsales.com to your email's BCC line:
The email thread is automatically added as a closed Task with the type “Email” on the Company Card.
Note: This method does not save attachments.
