Video 2.39: Find customers that we haven’t had an appointment with in a while
Click Sales & CRM → Companies & contacts and then click Filter (next to Advanced search):
Step 1. Find all customers
Click Journey:
Click Customer as the status:
Step 2. Find customers that we haven’t had a meeting with
Click the Filter back button:
Under Sales History click Activity:
Click Has not, and then choose the preferred date limit (for example, within 90 days) and activity (such as a phone call):
The company list will now show all customers that you haven’t had an appointment with in the last 90 days.
Click Save list to keep this filtered list:
