Set phone call targets for each member of your team. Track performance and measure progress, aligned to weekly or monthly cycles.
How to set phone call targets
- Click Settings → CRM → Targets → Phone calls:
- Choose if you want to set targets per month or per week:
- Choose the user(s) you'll be adding targets for, select the target year, and whether to show inactive users:
- Click the monthly target field and enter the number of phone calls, and click Save target:
- Your users can now see a summary of their target-related performance in the top-right of their screen (sales, pipeline, appointments):
- Click this summary to show more detail of your targets:
